If our machine 9232 reports a high voltage failure.High voltage failure, first, use a magnifying glass to see if our ink spots are splitting. We can see it with a magnifying glass. Our ink dot split is good or bad.

If the ink dot doesn’t split well. We’ll take this one.Ink spot adjustment.Ink spot adjustment makes it adjust automatically. All the way to optimal. This is a high voltage fault caused by poor ink dot splitting.

And do we have a normal viscosity. If it is not normal, the ink dot split will not be good.I assume that the ink dot has a normal viscosity. Then the ink dot splits. So if the viscosity is out of whack. We have to get the viscosity right. And then adjust. It is also possible that because our viscosity is not normal, it will always hang in the ink while we print.High pressure plate hanging ink, high pressure plate or recycling tank will accumulate ink.If the ink builds up, it will cause a high voltage failure.

The other is the ink line shift. The line offsets and hits our high pressure plate.High voltage faults are also reported. The ink line deviates.Because our nozzle is not adjustable.Well, that line shift can only be one thing. It’s a clogged nozzle.

If the nozzle is blocked, we’ll have to repel it.With ours the nozzle is opened or the solvent is inhaled. The nozzle opens up and we just let it open up.

And then the solvent is inhaled.Solvent inhalation is what we do with solvent inhalation. If I inhale this solvent. We need to spray cleaning agent.Spray cleaner on this side of the nozzle.

After spraying cleaning agent. Then we must blow it dry. This is why a high voltage fault is reported.
