This is the print head back cover. Remove the back cover of the print head. To remove it, just remove the two screws here.
Let’s take a look at the high voltage deflection plate. The high voltage deflection plate has two pieces, one positive electrode and one negative electrode.
The negative electrode is very easy to remove, it has a screw on the back, we just remove the screw. If we remove the negative pole, remove this one and remove it directly, and then the negative pole is better removed.
These two were torn down.
If we want to break down this line, we just need to pry it out.
Then this line of our high pressure deflector board, if this line of the high pressure deflection plate breaks from here, our line has to be cut from here. After we cut it, we remove it and weld it with a new one. Then heat lock it with a heat lock tube. It can only be welded on, it can only be welded on.
Then we take it off now and press it up. By loading, it’s simpler, we turn it over, there is a hole behind it, just align it. We align the holes here, and then we align them. We will install the second screw again. This high-pressure deflection plate is installed.
