Another situation is what: ink dot splitting is not very good. Then it means that after normal startup, there will be ink accumulation on this high-voltage bias board
Gradually, it will accumulate ink. If we want to completely solve this problem, we need to split the ink point and solve it.
This is quite complicated. It may be a problem with the ink, or your machine needs maintenance, or your parameters are incorrect, anyway, it’s just waiting; Until the ink point is properly modulated, the problem of ink absorption and accumulation on the high-pressure board can be solved.
Another possibility is that damage to the high-pressure deflection plate can also cause high-pressure faults. High voltage fault: If this board is damaged, we need to replace the high-pressure plate deflection plate.
