It is now gray and cannot be changed. After entering the advanced password, it can be changed.
Before the change, unplug this service module
Inject about three to four hundred milliliters of ink into the service module, install it, and plug it in.
Afterwards, click on “Replace Service Module” and proceed to the next step. Follow the prompts to replace it
